Changing Recipient Made Easy

On Wish Weaver, if you’ve selected the option to indicate both the recipient and sender during the group card purchase process, the ability to change the recipient depends on the stage of the transaction.

1. Before the Group Card is Sent: If the group card hasn’t been sent out yet (i.e., it’s still in the processing phase), you can easily update the recipient details. Simply go to the sidebar and click on "Edit Card Details", Then provide the current recipients name and/or email address

If you want to change the recipient on sending the group card you can do so when prompted after clicking "send to recipient". You can then click on "Update Name" and/or "Update Email". Provide the new recipient’s details and make sure to click "Update Details" when done editing.

2. After the Group Card is Sent: If the card has already been emailed or dispatched, the recipient cannot be changed.

Always check with customer service or review the platform’s FAQs for specific instructions on changing recipient information after the group card is purchased.
