Getting Started with WishWeaver

1. What is WishWeaver?

WishWeaver is a user-friendly platform designed to help you manage, plan, and celebrate important events and occasions. With features like reminders, event cards, and custom notifications, you’ll never miss a meaningful moment again.

2. Creating an Account

  • Visit the WishWeaver website and click Sign Up.
  • Fill in your details, such as name, email, and password.
  • Verify your email, log in, and start managing your events seamlessly.

How to Use WishWeaver Features

1. Setting a Reminder

  • Navigate to the Reminders tab in the left-hand menu.
  • Click Create Reminder and fill in the occasion details (e.g., name, date, event type).
  • Choose when you want to be reminded (e.g., one day before, one week before).
  • Toggle the “Set Annual Reminder” option if the event repeats every year.
  • Click Save Reminder to finalise it.

2. Creating a Card

  • Go to the Create Card section on the dashboard.
  • Select the type of card (e.g., birthday, anniversary, holiday).
  • Customise it with text, images, or designs.
  • Share the card directly through email or social media.

3. Managing Purchases

WishWeaver allows you to track and manage purchases for your group cards. Access the section to see historical cards purchased. 


Common Issues and Solutions

1. I’m Not Receiving Notifications

  • Check that your device’s notification settings allow WishWeaver notifications.
  • Ensure reminders are set with the correct notification timing.
  • Confirm you’re logged into your account on the device receiving notifications.

2. Unable to Save a Reminder

  • Verify that all required fields (name, date, occasion) are filled.
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Try refreshing the page and re-entering the details.

3. Card Not Sending

  • Confirm the recipient’s email or contact details are correct.
  • Check your internet connection before sending.
  • If the issue persists, contact our support team (see below).

Tips for Maximising WishWeaver

  • Use Recurring Reminders: Set reminders for annual events to save time and avoid forgetting key dates.
  • Customise Cards: Personalise your messages and designs to make them unique and special.
  • Plan Ahead: Use the “Two Weeks Before” or “One Month Before” reminder option for big events to give yourself time to prepare.
