How To Create A Group Card

WishWeaver allows you to send Group Cards to a friend, colleague, family member, or loved one effortlessly. Whether it's for a birthday, anniversary, holiday, or just to show appreciation, WishWeaver makes group card greetings easy, thoughtful, and personal. Choose from a wide variety of occasions, customize your message, and send it instantly, all in just a few clicks. It's the perfect way to celebrate special moments and make someone feel cherished.

Here are some steps to how you can make a group card for your special day with WishWeaver:


1. Access the Platform

  •  Open the Wish Weaver website on your device
  • Log into your account if required

2. Click on "Create Card" and Select the Occasion

  • Click on "Create Card" you will be navigated to the group card creation screen.
  • Locate the drop-down menu labelled "What's the Occasion?"
  • Choose the appropriate occasion for your card (e.g Get Well Soon").

3. Enter Recipient Details:

  • Fill ' in the "Who is receiving this card?" field with the name of the person receiving the card.
  • Note: You can still edit the receiver's details after the card has been created up until it is sent.

4. Add a Card Title:

  • Input a title for your card in the "Card Title" field (e.g., "Best Wishes" or "Feel Better Soon").

5. Add Sender Details:

  • Enter your name or the sender's name in the "Sender's Name" Field

6. Optional - Cash Collection 

  • Choose whether to add a cash collection option by selection "YES" or "NO". 

7. Create And Pay Now

  • Click on "Create and pay now" you will be redirected to the different card plans.
  • Choose the one most appropriate for you (Regular, Exclusive, Premium)
  • Pay with your method of choice
  • You will then be directed to the group card terminal

8. Input your personal Message: 

  • Here you include whatever message, GIF or video you want to send to the recipient.
  • Note: Click on "Add Message" to add your message to the group card.

9. Preview the Card

  • Review the card preview shown on the right side of the screen to ensure all details are correct and the design meets your expectations.

10. Adjust the Card to suit the Occasion and message intended

  • You can adjust the card to suit your taste and preference if it does not match your need.

11. Save or Proceed

  • Click on the appropriate button to save the card or proceed to finalise and send it.
  • Note: After sending the card to the recipient, you can no longer edit your group card.

12.  Adding Collaborators:

Yes, with WishWeaver, now you can invite your mutuals to join you in celebrating your special someone!!

We have included three methods for which you could use to invite extra collaborators other than yourself to join you and send messages on the card: 


  • Copying and Sharing Card Link:

We have made it easy to copy and share a link to your cardstraught from our website to your medium of choice e.g Socials.

  • Click on "Invite Collaborators" on the side bar of the group card terminal
  • Click on the copy icon beside the link generated for your card
  • Copy and send to your intended collaborators.

  • Download QR Code:

This method lets you donwload a qr code that when scanned wil direct collaborators to our website to contribute to your card. 

  • Click on "Invite Collaborators" on the side bar of the group card terminal
  • Click on "Download QR Code" 
  • Share the QR code from your local gallery to your collaborators to scan


  • Email Invite:

This method allows you to send emails through our platrom to as many collaborators as you would like to have on your card. This email will contain a link for them to be able to access the card and make their own contributions. 

Note; they don't have to open wishweaver accounts to be able to write messages and send to the card.

  • Click on "Invite Collaborators" on the side bar of the group card terminal
  • Click on "Email Invite" 
  • Add and send a mail to as many people as you would like to collaborate with
